3. Offline Strategy with Local Depth

Our plan wasn't limited to digital. We brought the campaign to the ground.

  • Hosted Skill Awareness Seminars across seven intermediate colleges in Lucknow

  • Distributed free workshop invites, including a 3-day baking class, to drive first-hand experience

  • Installed posters and standees across high-footfall locations: Kapoorthala, Nishatganj, Hazratganj, and outside coaching centres and girls' colleges

We weren’t just marketing a course—we were creating a community around skill-based education.

Results Within 45 Days

The turnaround was remarkable:

  • Monthly inquiries surged from 8 to 140+

  • Admissions climbed from 4 to 48 students within one quarter

  • A free workshop was picked up by local media

  • Instagram went from 0 to over 3,200 followers organically
